Mô tả sự hài lòng của nhân viên y tế tại BVĐKNN năm 2022. Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu cắt ngang mô tả được thực hiện từ tháng 6 đến tháng 12 năm 2022 tại BVĐKNN với cỡ mẫu là 380 nhân viên y tế. Sử dụng bộ phiếu khảo sát của Bộ Y tế ban hành năm 2019 để mô tả sự hài lòng của nhân viên y tế. Kết quả đề tài đã xác định được nhân viên y tế có hài lòng với công việc hiện tại. Tất cả các tiểu mục trong nghiên cứu đều được NVYT đánh giá là có hài lòng: về môi trường làm việc; về lãnh đạo trực tiếp, đồng nghiệp; về quy chế nội bộ, tiền lương, phúc lợi; về công việc, cơ hội học tập và thăng tiến; chung về BV
Describe the satisfaction of medical staff at Agricultural General Hospital in 2022. Research methods: Descriptive cross-sectional study was carried out from June to December 2022 at the General Hospital of Agriculture with a sample size of 380 medical staff. Using survey questionnaires on the satisfaction of medical staff issued by the Ministry of Health in 2019. The results of the research have determined that health workers are satisfied with their current work. All aspects in the study were assessed as satisfied by the medical staff: about the working environment; about direct leadership, colleagues; on internal regulations, salary and benefits; about work, learning and promotion opportunities; hospital in general.
