
Introduction: So far general complications and disasters of abdominal laparoscopic surgery in the field of urology at around 4 percent, with the mortality rate is not often mentioned but falls between 0.03 - 0.08 percent. Through the case has been carried out, the authors conducted this study to analyze and evaluate the potential complications and disasters possible to draw experiences for the latter cases. Patients and method: included 195 patients were undergone lapariscopic abdominal surgery to treat urological diseases from January 2008 to May 2013 at No.354 Hospital. Method of reaserching is descriptive cross-section combined analysis. Results: the rate of major complication was 2.06 percent, minor complication was 2.56 percent, and open conversion was 1.04 percent. The complications and disasters included: vascular injury 1.04 percent; visceral injury 0.51 percent; subcutaneous emphysema 0.51 percent; abdominal wall haematbma at trocar site 0.51 percent; and myoneural pain 1.04 percent. Conclusion: potential complications and disasters could occur significantly depending on factors: difficulty of the procedures; the method of choise of access; and the level of expert skill in operation of the sugeons.
