Through 32 cases of skin cancer of head and neck were treated using local tissue at Department of PlasticMaxillofacial surgery, Central Military Hospital 108. Wound closures were carried out as primarily in 9 excisions (28.12 percent), using rotate flaps in 17 excisions (53.12 percent), advance flaps in 2 excisions (6.25 percent) and island flaps in 4 excisions (12.5 percent). The treatment gave good cosmetic and function.
