Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 314 sinh viên trường Đại học Y Hà Nội nhằm mô tả thái độ của sinh viên về học trực tuyến do dịch COVID-19 năm 2021. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy: Sinh viên có thái độ chung là tích cực về học trực tuyến khi có dịch COVID-19. Thái độ hành vi và thái độ nhận thức dễ sử dụng có mức độ đồng ý cao nhất (trung bình mục = 3,8 và 3,9) nhưng thái độ cảm xúc và thái độ hữu ích ở ngưỡng phân vân và đồng ý (trung bình mục = 3,3) trên 5 là rất đồng ý (cao nhất). Cụ thể: sinh viên hứng thú với giờ học lý thuyết trực tuyến; tự tin, thoải mái trao đổi với thầy/cô khi học trực tuyến, và có nhiều thời gian để chuẩn bị bài và dễ dàng truy cập bài giảng (trung bình = 3,5 đến 4,0). Ngược lại, học trực tuyến còn một số hạn chế là tập trung chú ý, tạo động lực, giao tiếp trao đổi với bạn bè và thích hơn học trên giảng đường (trung bình = 2,9 đến 3,2). Nhà trường có thể thử nghiệm kết hợp giữa giảng trực tuyến một số bài giảng lý thuyết và giảng thực hành trực tiếp, từ đó tiếp tục đánh giá để đưa ra phương pháp dạy học hiệu quả đối với sinh viên.
This is a cross-sectional study of 314 students of Hanoi Medical University to describe the students' attitudes about online learning due to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021. The research results show that: Students have a general positive attitude about online learning. Behavioral attitudes and perceived ease of use attitudes have the highest level of agreement (Mean = 3.8 to 3.9), but emotional attitudes and perceived useful attitudes are at the threshold of neutral; the agreement has a mean of 3.3 out of 5 (strongly agree -maximum score). Notably, students are interested in online theoretical lectures; students are confident, and are comfortable interacting with teachers online. They have more time to prepare for lessons, and have easy access lecture handout (Mean = 3.5 to 4.0). Online learning did have some limitations, such as focusing attention, motivation, and communication with classmates. Preference of learning online is lower than learning in the classroom (Mean = 2.9 to 3.2). The University can provide a trial of blended online theoretical lectures and face-to-face practical lecturesto further evaluate for a feasible solution to provide effective teaching and learning methods for medical students.
