Nghiên cứu được thực hiện với mục tiêu thiết lập khoảng tham chiếu cho 8 chỉ số huyết học tế bào và 5 chỉ số đông máu của thai phụ giai đoạn ba thai kỳ. Phương pháp nghiên cứu: mô tả cắt ngang tiến cứu. Đối tượng nghiên cứu: 142 phụ nữ mang thai khỏe mạnh từ 18-35 tuổi, có tuổi thai từ 28-38 tuần, thai đơn, protein niệu âm tính, huyết áp tâm trương <90 mmHg; những lần mang thai và sinh nở trước đây không có tiền sử bệnh lý thai nghén và tai biến. Số lượng hồng cầu (RBC), Hb, Hct, MCV, MCH, MCHC, số lượng bạch cầu (WBC), số lượng tiểu cầu (PLT) được phân tích trên máy Celldyn Ruby của hãng Abbott. Chỉ số đông máu PT (giây, INR), APTT (giây, tỷ lệ bệnh/chứng), fibrinogen (g/L) được thực hiện trên máy ACL top 500 của hãng IL. Khoảng tham chiếu của các chỉ số huyết học tế bào và đông máu ở thai phụ giai đoạn ba thai kỳ đã được thiết lập, là một nguồn tham khảo cho các phòng xét nghiệm và các bác sỹ lâm sàng.
The aim of this study was to establish reference intervals for some hematological and hemostatic parameters in healthy women during the third trimester of pregnancy. A prospective cross-sectional descriptive study method included 142 healthy pregnant women aged from 18 to 35 years with a gestational age of 28-38 weeks, single fetus, negative proteinuria, diastolic blood pressure <90 mmHg; previous pregnancies and deliveries with no history of complications. Red blood cell (RBC), hemoglobine (Hb), hematocrit (Hct), mean corpuscular volume (MCV), mean corpuscular hemoglobine (MCH), mean corpuscular hemoglobine concentration (MCHC), white blood cell (WBC), platelet count (PLT) were analyzed on the Celldyn Ruby (Abbott). Prothrombin time (PT) (second, INR), activated partial thromboplastin time APTT (second, disease/control ratio), fibrinogen (g/L) were performed on IL top 500 ACL. Reference intervals of thirteen hematological and coagulation indices of pregnant women have been established and are a reference for laboratories and clinicians.
