Thiếu máu, thiếu kẽm và một số yếu tố liên quan ở trẻ em dưới 5 tuổi tại huyện Lạc Sơn, tỉnh Hòa Bình năm 2009

Aims of this study were to investigate prevalence of anemia and zinc deficiency and determine some related factors among children under 5 year old at Lac Son district, Hoa Binh province. The results showed that prevalence of anemia among children (38.6 percent) was very close to the high level of public health significance; prevalence of zinc deficiency (85.8 percent) was classified in severe level of public health significance. There were significance relations between anemia and stunting; vitamin A deficiency and zinc deficiency.
