Qua nghiên cứu 196 bệnh nhân nhiễm virut viêm gan C tại Bệnh viện Bệnh nhiệt đới tỉnh Hải Dương, năm 2021 bằng phương pháp m tả cắt ngang, ch ng t i thu được kết quả về Thực trạng nhiễm virut viêm gan C ở bệnh viện nhiệt đới tỉnh Hải Dương, năm 2021 như sau: - 59,2% bệnh nhân được phát hiện nhiễm viêm gan C tình cờ qua khám sức khỏe; thời gian phát hiện bệnh trên 6 tháng là 84,7%. Tỷ lệ bệnh nhân đồng nhiễm HIV-HCV chiếm 85,7%. - Triệu chứng mệt mỏi, chán ăn gặp cao nhất 72,4% và 71,4%. - 81,6% bệnh nhân có tăng men gan; 57,7% bệnh nhân có xơ gan mức độ F2-F3-F4. - Tỷ lệ 56,6% bệnh nhân có HCV RNA dương tính (có virut viêm gan C).
In a study of 196 patients infected with the hepatitis C virus by means of the cross-sectional descriptive method at Hai Duong Hospital for Tropical Diseases in 2021, we obtained the following results: - 59.2% of the patients were accidentally found infected with hepatitis C through health check-ups; the time of disease detection over 6 months was 84.7%. The patients with HIV-HCV co-infection accounted for 85.7%. - Symptoms of fatigue and anorexia were the highest: 72.4% and 71.4% respectively - 81.6% of the patients had elevated liver enzymes; 57.7% of the patients had cirrhosis at F2-F3-F4 level - 56.6% of the patients had HCV RNA positive (hepatitis C virus).
