Mô tả thực trạng bệnh tăng huyết áp và một số yếu tố liên quan của người dân từ 18 – 60 tuổi khám ngoại trú tại Bệnh viện Giao thông vận tải năm 2023. Phương pháp: Thiết kế nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang được thực hiện trên 500 người dân từ 18 – 60 tuổi khám ngoại trú tại Bệnh viện Giao thông vận tải năm 2023, sử dụng cách chọn mẫu ngẫu nhiên phân tầng. Thông tin được thu thập bằng bộ câu hỏi thiết kế sẵn theo hình thức phát vấn và kết hợp tra hồ sơ bệnh án dữ liệu thứ cấp. Dữ liệu được nhập bằng Epidata 3.1 và xử lý bằng SPSS 26.0. Kết quả: Đối tượng nghiên cứu từ 18 – 60 tuổi tỷ lệ tăng huyết áp là 17,6%. Trong đó, tỷ lệ tăng huyết áp độ I nhẹ, độ II trung bình và độ III nặng lần lượt là 12,2%; 4,6%; 0,6%. Nam giới có tỷ lệ tăng huyết áp là 21,6% cao hơn nữ giới có tỷ lệ tăng huyết áp là 12,4%. Nhóm tuổi 51- 60 tuổi có tỷ lệ tăng huyết áp cao nhất 39,4%, tiếp theo đến nhóm tuổi từ 41- 50 tuổi có tỷ lệ tăng huyết áp là 29,2% và thấp nhất là nhóm tuổi từ 18 - 40 có tỷ lệ tăng huyết áp là 6,4%. Kết luận: Các đối tượng có tiền sử tăng huyết áp, biến chứng tim mạch, biến chứng tai biến mạch máu não, mắc bệnh kết hợp, thừa cân béo phì (BMI ≥ 25), hút thuốc lá, sử dụng rượu bia, chế độ ăn mặn một số có ý nghĩa thống kê ảnh hưởng đến tăng huyết áp sau khi đã loại bỏ các yếu tố còn lại.
Describe the current status of hypertension and some related factors of people aged 18 - 60 years old with outpatient examination at the transportation hospital in 2023. Method: Cross-sectional descriptive study design was conducted on 500 people aged 18 - 60 years old for outpatient examination at Transport Hospital in 2023, using stratified random sampling. Information was collected using a pre-designed questionnaire in the form of interviews and combining medical records with secondary data.
