Thực trạng cấp cứu tại các bệnh viện trên địa bàn tỉnh Hà Tĩnh từ năm 2008-2012

Objective: To evaluate the reality hospital emergency in order to establish standard procedure that can be applied for all hospitals in Ha Tinh province. This new procedure is suitable for health worker abilily and equipments available and increase effectiveness in emergency. Patients and Methods: Both restrospective and prospective descriptive studies were conducted in district hospitals, the authors investigated 2200 emergency medical reports from 2008-2012. Results and conclusions: Reality of hospital emergency almost were traffic accidents. From results of this study, the authors are offer 8 solutions to increase effectiveness of emergency and so reduce traffic accident severity in Ha Tinh province.
