Đánh giá thực trạng giáo dục sức khỏe của điều dưỡng khoa Nội Tổng hợp - Bệnh viện C Thái Nguyên năm 2022. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang, thực hiện trên 13 điều dưỡng viên và 65 người bệnh, phương pháp chọn mẫu toàn bộ. Kết quả: Có 76,9% điều dưỡng trả lời đúng về mục tiêu của giáo dục sức khỏe (GDSK). Đối với kỹ năng GDSK có 38,5% trả lời sai. Số điều dưỡng trả lời đúng về phương pháp GDSK đạt tỷ lệ 76,9%. Kiến thức chung của các điều dưỡng trong khoa tham gia khảo sát được phân loại như sau: có 23,1% chưa đạt (<5 điểm), có 15,4% tốt (>8 điểm) và có 61,5% đạt (5-7 điểm). Có 84,6% người bệnh (NB) được giải thích tình trạng bệnh và phương pháp chăm sóc cho NB. Kết luận: Tỷ lệ điều dưỡng có kiến thức, kỹ năng về GDSK còn chưa cao.
To evaluate the current state of health education of nurses in the Internal Medicine Department – C Thai Nguyen Hospital in 2022. Subjects and methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study, performed on 13 nurses and 65 patients, whole sampling method. Results: 76.9% of nurses answered correctly about the goal of health education. For health education skills, there are 38.5% wrong answers. The number of nurses who answered correctly about the method of health education reached 76.9%. The general knowledge of nurses in the department participating in the survey was classified as follows: 23.1% did not pass (<5 points), had 15.4% good (>8 points) and 61.5% passed. (5-7 points). There were 84.6% of patients were explained the disease status and methods of care for the patient. Conclusion: The percentage of nurses with knowledge and skills on health education is still not high.
