The aim of the study was describing the health human resources (2012) at six medical civil military hospitals. These data is a basis to propose solutions to improve the quality of medical care. Overall, the number medical staff is not enough, the structure of medical staff is irrational, lack of nursing staff, especially nurses with university degree. In addition, the quality of human resources is also limited.
