Thực trạng sử dụng nhóm thuốc kích thích chọn lọc Beta-2Adrenergic trong điều trị hen phế quản tại Bệnh viện Đa khoa Trung ương Thái Nguyên

Aims: - Survey of the actual use of the beta2 - adrenergic agonissts in the treatment of patients with asthma at the Thai Nguyen Central General Hospital. - Evaluation of the effects the beta2 - adrenergic agonissts in the treatment of patients with asthma. Subjects and Methods: Descriptive Study, combined prospective and retrospective of 85 asthma patients treated at the Thai Nguyen Central General Hospital. Results: the authors found that only 3.5 percent of patients using Salmeterol, the majority of patients using Salbutamol. Drugs used more as tablets (80 percent) and aerosols (42.4 percent). Most patients are controlled asthma when using Salbutamol oral dose of 4 mg, 2.5 mg dose nebulization, 200 mcg inhaled dose, and 0.5 mg dose parenteral. When combined beta2 agonists with the corticosteroids, asthma under control longer. The most common effects when using beta2 agonists are palpitations (22.4 percent) and tremor (12.9 percent). Conclusion: Depending on which patients can use the long-acting beta2 agonists drug more widely. Combination therapy with corticosteroids can improve the efficiency of controlling asthma.
