Xác định tỷ lệ tiêm chủng đầy đủ, đúng lịch ở trẻ dưới 1 tuổi tại 3 xã của tỉnh Hà Nam năm 2016. Phương pháp Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang tiến hành trên 240 bà mẹ có con sinh từ ngày 01/7/2014 - 30/06/2015 tại 3 xã của tỉnh Hà Nam. Tỷ lệ tiêm chủng đầy đủ, đúng lịch được thu thập qua phỏng vấn bà mẹ hoặc người chăm sóc trẻ và qua quan sát sổ tiêm chủng cá nhân. Kết quả Tỷ lệ tiêm chủng đầy đủ 8 loại vắc xin là 91,2%. Tỷ lệ tiêm chủng đầy đủ từng loại vắc xin như sau BCG (97,5%); Quinvaxem (100%); OPV (99,6%); Sởi mũi 1 (93,7%). Tỷ lệ tiêm chủng đúng lịch cả 8 loại vắcxin là 53%. Tỷ lệ tiêm chủng đúng lịch từng loại vắc xin như sau BCG (87,2%); Quinvaxem (61,7%); OPV (61,5%); Sởi mũi 1 (85,3%).
To determine the full immunization rate for children under 1-yeaold in 3 communes of Ha Nam province in 2016. Methods A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted from July 2016 to August 2016 through face-to-face interviews using the structured questionnaire combined with personal immunization records. A total of 240 children from 12 to 23 months and mothers, correlatively, in 3 communes in Ha Nam were recruited. Results This study demonstrates that full immunization rate of 8 vaccines among under 1-year-old children was 91,2%. Full immunization percent for each type of vaccine was BCG reached 97,5 %; Quinvaxem was 100%; OPV was 99,6% and Measles reached 93,7%. Immunization on-schedule rate was 53%. For each type of vaccine was BCG reached 87,2%; Quinvaxem 61, 7%; OPV was 61,5% and Measles reached 85,3%.
