Abstract

The menopausal transition stage, or perimenopause, is the period in wich, women may have menstrual disorders, and functional expression such as hot tlushes, palpitations, cold extremities, insomnia, worry, sadness, memory loss or some variation in metabolic and immune diseases such as osteoporosis, atherosclerosis, ... They need to be consulted.Objectives of research: Describe some anatomical changes, functional and pathological disorders in women aged peri menopause and suggest some measures to health care for them. Subjects and Methods: The entire 386 menopausal and perimanopausal women have been consulted from June 2008 to June 2012 at the Thai Nguyen University of Medicine Hospital. A cross-sectional descriptive study. An examine clinically oriented and selective. Results: - Group aged 50-54 years, accounting for 49.0 percent. Menopausal symptoms: insomnia, hot tlushing, chest pain, osteoarthritis pain, menstrual disorders, genitourinary abnormalities were 30.6 percent, 50.3 percent,21.2 percent, 43.8 percent and 37.0 percent respectively. Two forms of dysfunction: amenorrhea 27.2 percent and and multi-menstrual 17.6 percent . 8MI from 18.5 to 25 was 62.1 percent, 8MI 25 was 30.5 percent and 8MI 18.5 was 17.4 percent. - Cardiovascular disorders : mild, moderate and severe were 31.4 percent, 16.5 percent and 10.3 percent respectively. - X-ray image: osteoarthritis and osteoporosis with high percentage was 76.8 percent. - Ultrasound: abnormal uterine was 11.1 percent. Urine test: cells and residue was 19.6 percent. Menorrhea with infection bacterial non specific was 52.2 percent and infection specific was 4.9 percent. - Women incomplete of knowledge about menopause and peri menopause with: 62.5 percent. Recommendation healthcare solutions for menopause. - Enhance communication about knowledge of health protection for Women's groups perimenopausal.- Gynecological examination and consultation routine, determine the specific treatment. - Actively to physical exercise, avoid obesity. - The group excess weight or oop,se, should be diet: eat less meat, eggs, salt, more minerals, fruits and vegetables. Isotlavones (phytoestrogens) - is a substance found in soy milk, to benefit women's health.
