Specific clinical research on two difference group of patients: asthma by house dust and asthma not by house dust. The author realize that: the asthma by house dust group has some specific clinical such as: the disease often occurs on young people who have the average age of 27.20 + or - 10.89, rarely on people who are over 45 year olds, the first hard breath often appears in the age of 25 and less, relates to house dust allergen directly, the hard breath often appears at home in the night, the disease occurs around the year but harder in the Winter - Autumn season. In the opposite, asthmas not by house dust has the higher average age, 33.64 + or - 16.84, the hard breath does not relate directly to houe dust allergen, rarely appear in the Winter-Autumn season. The patients often are sick and have the mucous juice, not much dry cough and warning sign before hare breath appears.
