The study has been carried at An My commune, Sinh Luc district, Ha Nam province to describe the real situation of chronic diseases in six months of the people in the An My commune, Binh Luc district, Ha Nam province and describe the real situation of using health services of chronic disease patients. The results showed the real situation of chronic diseases tend to model diseases of developed countries, led by the osteoarthritis patients (24.4 percent), 2nd was a disease digestibility (16.1 percent), neurological disease (14.9 percent), the disease can occur in both sex, in all ages, occupations and educational levels. Alcohol/beer, tobacco/pipe were two factors that contributed to increase the chronicle morbidity rate significantly. There were 10 types of Health services be used when people get chronic disease, in which the people go to the pharmacy to buy drugs is the highest (22.5 percent).
