Đánh giá sự hợp lý của các khoản mục chi phí cấu thành gói dịch vụ nội soi tiêu hóa tại Bệnh viện Lê Văn Thịnh thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, năm 2023. Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu cắt ngang, sử dụng phương pháp thu thập thông tin định tính sử dụng kỹ thuật phỏng vấn sâu và thảo luận nhóm. Kết quả và kết luận: Tỷ trọng về chi phí của các cấu phần cấu thành nên gói dịch vụ nội soi tiêu hóa là hợp lý, tuy nhiên cần điều chỉnh lại chi phí lương, thưởng, phụ cấp cho phù hợp hiệu quả và năng suất công việc của nhân viên y tế. Gói nội soi đại trực tràng bằng ống mềm có mức chênh lệch cao hơn so với giá niêm yết nên cần xem xét và điều chỉnh lại cho hợp lý. Riêng đối với gói nội soi tiêu hóa yêu cầu gây mê mức độ chênh lệch giữa giá niêm yết so với chi phí trung bình còn cao thì ngoài việc xem xét điều chỉnh lại giá bệnh viện có thể đưa ra các chương trình khuyến mãi để thu hút khách hàng đến sử dụng dịch vụ nội soi yêu cầu này.
To evaluate the reasonableness of the cost components making up the gastrointestinal endoscopy service package at Lê Văn Thịnh Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City, in 2023. Research method: A cross-sectional study using qualitative information collection methods, including in-depth interviews and group discussions. Results and conclusion: The cost proportions of the components forming the gastrointestinal endoscopy service package are reasonable. However, there is a need to adjust salary, bonuses, and allowances to align with the work efficiency and productivity of healthcare staff. The flexible colonoscopy package has a higher price difference compared to the listed price, which requires consideration and adjustment. For gastrointestinal endoscopy packages that require anesthesia, the difference between the listed price and the average cost remains high. Besides adjusting the hospital's price, promotional programs could be introduced to attract customers to use this specific endoscopy service.
