Khi ở giai đoạn cần theo dõi và điều trị theo chỉ định, thì việc tuân thủ điều trị của người bệnh đóng một vai trò cực kỳ quan trọng đối với tiến triển và các biến chứng nguy hại của đái tháo đường.Mục tiêu: Mô tả sự tuân thủ điều trị của người bệnh đái tháo đường type 2 điều trị nội trú và một số yếu tố liên quan tại Bệnh viện Quân y 7 năm 2023.Phương pháp: Thiết kế nghiên cứu kết hợp, cỡ mẫu 384. Đảm bảo về đạo đức nghiên cứu. Kết quả và kết luận: Người cao tuổi từ 60 tuổi trở lên chiếm 83.3%. Tỷ lệ NB ở nông thôn là 43.2%, ở thành thị là 56.8%. NB có trình độ từ phổ thông trở xuống chiếm 68.8%. Có 78.9% NB tuân thủ dùng thuốc. 60.2% NB tuân thủ thay đổi lối sống. 26.3% NB tuân thủ kiểm soát đường máu tại nhà và 82.6% NB tái khám định kỳ.
