Đề tài được thực hiện với mục tiêu mô tả tuân thủ quy trình an toàn trong phẫu thuật của nhân viên y tế tại khoa Gây mê Hồi sức Bệnh viện Quân Y 6, năm 2022. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Với thiết kế nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang được tiến hành từ tháng 07/2022 đến tháng 10/2022, thời gian thu thập số liệu từ tháng 07/2022 đến tháng 09/2022. Cỡ mẫu nghiên cứu là 225 trường hợp phẫu thuật thực hiện tại khoa Gây mê Hồi sức Bệnh viện Quân y 6. Số liệu được nhập và xử lý bằng phần mềm Epidata 3.1 và SPSS 20.0. Kết quả và kết luận: Điểm trung bình đánh giá tuân thủ quy trình an toàn trong phẫu thuật tại khoa Gây mê Hồi sức Bệnh viện Quân y 6 theo thang đo rút gọn từ Bộ tiêu chí đánh giá mức độ an toàn phẫu thuật đạt 4,51 ± 0,267 điểm. Cả 8 tiêu chí đánh giá đều có mức điểm trung bình lớn hơn 4,0 xếp mức độ tuân thủ thực hành cao (> 3,67). Tỷ lệ tuân thủ quy trình an toàn trong phẫu thuật ở 8 tiêu chí đạt tỷ lệ 90,11%. Nghiên cứu của chúng tôi cũng chỉ ra kết quả khác nhau về mức độ tuân thủ an toàn phẫu thuật đối với các nhóm nhân viên y tế khác nhau: nhóm BS/ĐD gây mê có điểm trung bình tuân thủ được đánh giá cao nhất với 4,52 điểm (độ lệch chuẩn 0,274), nhóm ĐD/KTV y cụ với 4,51 điểm (độ lệch chuẩn 0,290), nhóm BS PT có điểm trung bình đánh giá thấp nhất với 4,50 điểm (độ lệch chuẩn 0,288). Có sự khác biệt giữa thâm niên công tác của ĐD/KTV y cụ và điểm trung bình kết quả đánh giá thực hành ATPT (p=0,012).
The study was carried out to describe compliance with safety procedures for surgery of medical staffs at the Department of Anesthesia and Resuscitation of Military Medical Hospital 6, 2022. Subjects and research methodology: The study was designed as cross-sectional descriptive and conducted from July 2022 to October 2022; the data collection period was from July 2022 to September 2022. The sample size of the study was 225 surgical cases performed at the Anesthesia and Resuscitation Department of Military Medical Hospital 6. The data were entered and processed using Epidata 3.1 and SPSS 20.0 software. Results and Csonclusions: Based on the shortened scale from the surgical safety assessment criteria set, the average score of the assessment of compliance with safety procedures in surgery at the Anesthesiology and Resuscitation Department of Military Medical Hospital 6 was 4.51 ± 0.267 points. All 8 evaluation criteria had an average score greater than 4.0 which is ranked as high compliance (> 3.67). The rate of compliance with safety procedures in surgery in 8 criteria was 90.11%. Our study also showed different results on the degree of compliance to surgical safety for different groups of medical staffs: the group of anesthesiologists/ physicians had the highest average compliance score with 4.52 points (standard deviation 0.274); the group of nurses/medical technicians with 4.51 points (standard deviation 0.290); the group of surgical doctors with the lowest average score of 4.50 points (standard deviation 0.288). There were differences in the seniority of the nurse/medical technicians and in the average scores of the surgicall safety practice assessment results (p=0.012).
