Nghiên cứu nhằm đánh giá mức độ tuân thủ điều trị của bệnh nhân THA điều trị ngoại trú tại Khoa Khám - Bệnh viện Đa khoa tỉnh Tiền Giang trong bối cảnh dịch Covid-19 năm 2022. Đối tượng và phương pháp: Đối tượng nghiên cứu là bệnh nhân THA từ 18 tuổi trở lên, đang điều trị ngoại trú tại phòng khám Nội Tim mạch. Sử dụng phương pháp nghiên cứu cắt ngang, kết hợp định lượng và định tính. Thông tin được thu thập từ hồ sơ bệnh án và phỏng vấn bệnh nhân. Kết quả: Tổng tỉ lệ tuân thủ điều trị thuốc đạt 61%; 40,4% bệnh nhân thỉnh thoảng quên uống thuốc, trong khi 83% không quên trong tuần qua; 92,2% uống đủ thuốc ngày hôm qua; 82,1% bệnh nhân ngưng thuốc mà không thông báo do cảm thấy khó chịu; 83,5% không ngưng thuốc khi kiểm soát được triệu chứng; 90,4% và 90,8% bệnh nhân không cảm thấy bất tiện hay khó khăn khi tuân theo kế hoạch điều trị và nhớ uống hết tất cả các loại thuốc.
The study aims to assess the level of treatment adherence among hypertensive patients undergoing outpatient treatment at the Cardiovascular Examination Department of the Central General Hospital of Tien Giang Province amid the Covid-19 pandemic in 2022. Materials and method: The research includes hypertensive patients aged 18 and above receiving outpatient care at the Cardiology Department. A cross-sectional research method, combining quantitative and qualitative approaches, is employed. Information is gathered from patient medical records and interviews. Result: The overall adherence rate to medication treatment is 61%; 40.4% of patients occasionally forget to take medication, while 83% did not forget within the past week; 92.2% took the prescribed medication adequately on the previous day; 82.1% of patients stopped medication without notifying the physician due to discomfort; 83.5% did not discontinue medication even when symptoms were under control; 90.4% and 90.8% of patients did not find it inconvenient or challenging to adhere to the treatment plan and remember to take all prescribed medications.
