Background and Objectives: GSC is used to monitor and evaluate the speech of patients with cranial cerebral trauma, cr shows the injury imaging and the correlation between GSC and injury imaging on cr is studied. Subjects and Methods: Evaluating GSC and the injury imaging on cr of 247 patients with cranial-cerebral trauma in Hospital No.103 from Jan 2012 to Dee 2012. Results: Epidural hematoma: volume 50ml; 40 percent with GSC or or = 25ml: 54.7 percent with GSC from 13 to 15. Subdural hematoma: volume 50ml: 80 percent patients with GSC or 10mm; 12.5 percent deviated 5mm; GSC from 13 to 15: 80 percent deviated 5mm. Conclusion: The bigger the hematoma volume is, the further deviated is, lower GSC is. The signs including disappearing base tanks, clearing cortical groove, combined injury (arachnoid hemorrhage, diffuse axonal injury, intracranial hemorrhage) has low GSC 8. Therefore, hematoma volume and shifting midline, with other signs such as disappearing base tanks, attenuation swirl and combined injury are the prognosis factors in cranial cerebral trauma.
