Văn hóa an toàn người bệnh của nhân viên y tế và một số yếu tố ảnh hưởng tại bệnh viện Chợ Rẫy thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, năm 2023

To describe the current situation of patient safety culture (PSC) of health workers (HWs) and some influencing factors at Cho Ray Hospital in 2023. Subjects and methods: Cross-sectional design, quantitative combined with qualitative. The quantitative study was conducted on 789 HWs at the hospital on the content of the current situation of PSC of HWs. The study used descriptive statistical analysis and analysis by chi-square test to explore the relationship between factors and PSC. Results: The positive response rate of PSC of HWs was 84.7%. The group of male HWs responded positively to PSC higher than 3.94 times compared to the female group. Doctors responded positively higher than 4.02 times compared to other health workers. The group of staff directly caring, treating responded positively to PSC higher than 2.69 times compared to the group that did not perform this work. Those who participated in high shifts were higher than 3.45 times compared to those who did not participate. Conclusion: The positive response rate of PSC of HWs at the hospital was good.
