Xạ hình Spect & Pet/CT chẩn đoán và dược chất phóng xạ điều trị bệnh ung thư biểu mô tế bào gan (HCC): Một số kết quả ở Việt Nam

Are many progresses in diagnosis and treatment of hepatic cell carcinomas. The author presents new nuclear medicine techniques SPECT and PET/CT having a great role in oncology: diagnosis, early detection of metastases and recurrence, selection of therapeutic methods, posttherapeutic following and evaluation of therapeutic results. The author also have commends on Vietnamese results of their application in clinical oncology. Nowaday, except some modern methods as well as surgery, radio frequences and micowaves, radiopharmaceuticals with beta emission in the unsealed sources are used for HCC treatment. The technical details of the method and some Vietnamese results have been shown.
