Xác định hoạt chất ent-kauran diterpenoid trong cây khổ sâm Bắc bộ (Croton tonkinesis Gagnep.,Euphobiaceae) bằng sắc lỏng hiệu năng cao

A time-saving and precise RP-HPLC method was developed for the quantitative determination of the main biologically active ent-18-acetoxy-7beta-hydroxykaur-16-en-15-on (1) in the leaves of Croton tonkinensis Gagnep. (Euphorbiaceae). The linearity, accuracy and precision of the method were validated proving the applicability of the method to analysis of (1) in plant materials.
