Xác định yếu tố liên quan đến sự hài lòng của người cao tuổi khám chữa bệnh tại Trạm y tế xã phường, thành phố Nam Định năm 2022. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Mô tả cắt ngang người cao tuổi khám chữa bệnh tại Trạm y tế đạt chuẩn quốc gia. Kết quả: Khám chữa bệnh tại Trạm y tế nhóm tuổi 60-79 chiếm 80,6%, nữ 59,3%, bệnh thông thường và mạn tính 90,1%. Nhóm tuổi 60-79 chỉ số hài lòng cao hơn và gấp 2,3 lần so với nhóm tuổi trên 80 (OR = 2,34; p <0,05). Người có bệnh thông thường, mạn tính hài lòng về kết quả dịch vụ cao hơn và gấp 53,5 lần so với người bệnh cấp cứu (OR = 53,5; p<0,05). Người có bệnh thông thường, mạn tính hài lòng về ứng xử, chuyên môn cao hơn và gấp 15,6 lần so với người bệnh cấp cứu (OR = 15,6; p<0,05). Kết luận: Sự hài lòng có liên quan đến nhóm tuổi, tình trạng bệnh ở người cao tuổi khám chữa bệnh tại Trạm y tế đạt chuẩn quốc gia.
Determine factors related to the satisfaction of the elderly with medical examination and treatment at the Commune Health Centers, Nam Dinh city in 2022. Method: Cross-sectional description of elderly people having medical examination and treatment at the Commune Health Centers that meet National Standards. Results: Medical examination and treatment at the Commune Health Centers in the age group 60-79 accounted for 80.6%, 59.3% of females, common and chronic diseases 90.1%. The age group 60-79 has a higher satisfaction index and 2.3 times higher than the age group over 80 (OR = 2.34; p<0.05). Patients with common and chronic diseases are satisfied with service results 53.5 times higher than those with emergency (OR = 53.5; p<0.05). Patients with common and chronic diseases were satisfied with their behavior and expertise 15.6 times higher than those with emergency patients (OR = 15.6; p<0.05). Conclusion: There is a correlation between satisfaction and age group, disease status in elderly people who receive medical examination and treatment at the Commune Health Centers that meet national standards.
