Objective: To assess of the impact of hand eczema on quality of life (DLQI) of 261 patients from 18 years old at the Viet Nam Hospital of Dermato-Venereology from 4-8/2013. Results: Quality of life of the patients with hand eczema were affected moderately (DLQI = 7.89). In group 6, feelings and daily activities were affected the most, in both genders. Effects of hand eczema on quality of life on the age group of 20-40 years old were higher than the other groups. The longer duration the disease has, the more severe the disease is, the more impact on quality of life the patient has.
