Bước đầu đánh giá phẫu thuật u sợi sinh xương dưới định vị 3 chiều IGS

Objective: Assessment effection of ossifying fibroma surgery in rhinosinuses assisted by IGS. Methods: Describing every clinical case. Result: During 20 months (From March 2012 to November 2013) there are 14 cases. 9/14 ossifying fibroma removed 95 percent, 1/14 case recur after surgery 3 months due to obstraction of fronto recess. Conclusion: Ossifying fibroma which has no border with surrounding structures andqleeds severely in operation. Surgeons are assisted well by IGS.
