From 2007 to 2013, the authors carried out an external sinus lift for 61 patients (39 male and 22 female) ranging in the age from 18 to 61. These patients had residual bone height from 1mm to 8mm.There were 67 sinuses were lifted in one-stage procedure and 19 sinuses were lifted in two-stage procedure. Follow-up time is over 2 year. Result Of 120 implant were placed, 117 implant were survival (97.5 percent), 3 implant were failed (2.5 percent). No membrane preforatetion. Infection (1.16 percent), dehiscenced ftap (1.16 percent) were also recorded.
