U lympho không Hodgkin vùng rìa biểu hiện tại phần phụ của mắt là một nhóm riêng biệt, hiếm gặp. Nghiên cứu mô tả chùm ca bệnh được thực hiện trên 56 người bệnh u lympho không Hodgkin vùng rìa tại phần phụ của mắt điều trị tại khoa nội Hệ tạo huyết Bệnh viện K từ tháng 3/2019 đến tháng 6/2023, nhằm đánh giá một số đặc điểm lâm sàng của nhóm bệnh riêng biệt này. Kết quả cho thấy: tuổi trung bình 59,2 tuổi, đa số nam giới (69,6%), chỉ số toàn trạng tốt PS 0 (60,7%), PS=1 (35,7%), lý do vào viện chủ yếu là sờ thấy u (21,4%) và các triệu chứng tại mắt như phù mi (19,6%) , lồi mắt (19,6%), đau nhức mắt (16,1%), thời gian xuất hiện chủ yếu dưới 6 tháng (44,6%) , vị trí khởi phát chủ yếu tại phần phụ mắt (71,4%); vị trí u hốc mắt (66,1%), mi mắt (12,5%), tuyến lệ (12,5%), kết mạc (8,9%); đa số kích thước u 2-4 cm (57,1%), giai đoạn I (48,2%), nguy cơ thấp (92,8%) , Ki67 <5% (58,9%), tỷ lệ tăng LDH và acid uric thấp (tương ứng 1,8% và 8,9%).
