Ortho-maxillo-facial trauma is one of the most popular traumas. The treatment of mandibular fracture with minivis and plates meets the requirements of firmly bone fix and reduces the disadvantages of the old methods. Objects and methodology: Crosssectional descriptive method with 64 mandibularfracture patients who were treated in the Ortho-maxillofacial department of Daklak General Hospital, researching time is from 10/2011 to 12/2012. Result: The mandibular fracture usualy takes 90.6 percent in male. The group age of 20-30 years old takes the highest percentage 50 percent, the main reason is traffic accident 78.1 percent; 68.8 percent traumas is in chin; 56.3 percent is double fractures; 96.9 percent with symptoms of malocclusion. The percentage of complications after surgical is 3.1 percent; good result is 90.6 percent and average result is 9.4 percent.
