Đánh giá kết quả điều trị nội khoa chửa ngoài tử cung (CNTC) chưa vỡ bằng Methotrexat (MTX) đơn liều và tìm hiểu một số yếu tố liên quan đến kết quả điều trị. Đối tượng và phương pháp: 42 bệnh nhân (BN) chẩn đoán xác định chửa ngoài tử cung chưa vỡ được điều trị nội khoa bằng Methotrexat đơn liều Bệnh viện Quân y 103 từ 1/2018 đến 12/2021. Kết quả: Tỷ lệ thành công chung là 90,48%. Kích thước khối CNTC ban đầu càng nhỏ và nồng độ βhCG trước điều trị càng thấp thì tỷ lệ thành công càng cao. Tác dụng phụ của MTX rất ít gặp. Kết luận: Nghiên cứu này cho thấy điều trị nội khoa CNTC chưa vỡ bằng MTX đơn liều có hiệu quả cao. Kích thước khối CNTC ban đầu và nồng độ βhCG trước điều trị có ảnh hưởng đến kết quả điều trị.
Evaluation of medical treatment results in an unruptured ectopic pregnancy with single-dose and find out some factors related to treatment outcome. Subjects and methods: From January 2018 to December 2021, 42 patients were diagnosed with unruptured ectopic pregnancy and received medical treatment with single-dose MTX at 103 Military Hospital. Results: Treatment of unruptured ectopic pregnancy with single-dose MTX shows high efficiency, with a success rate of 90.48%. The smaller the initial ectopic pregnancy mass size and the lower the concentration of βhCG before treatment they are, the higher the success rate will be. Side effects of MTX are much lower. Conclusion: This study shows that the medical treatment of unruptured ectopic pregnancy with single-dose MTX is highly effective. The initial ectopic pregnancy mass size and the concentration of βhCG before treatment affect the treatment outcome.
