Objectives: Assessement result laparoscopic surgery for Appendidtis in Nghe an general friendship Hospital. Methods: Prospective and Spective descriptive study of 1622 patients with a diagnosis of appenditis and treatment by laparoscopic Surgery in Nghe An general friendship Hospital from January 2009 to December 2013. Results: 1622 patients with the male/female ratio was 1.0; The mean age was 37.2 + or - 15,9 (15-88); 1126 (69,4 percent) patients living in rural and mountainous areas; 1257 (77.5) patients is fames. Mean operating time was 26.6 + or - 10.7 (20-110) minutes; Average time after surgery was 28 + or - 12.67 (22-50). The waiting time for the return of postoperative flatulence early. The mean hospital stay was 3.9 + or - 1.3 (2-9)days. There was no operation-related morbidity or mortality. Conclusions: Laparoscopic for the treatment of appendicitis is feasible, safe and high aesthetic.
