Đánh giá kết quả điều trị tắc ruột trên 30 bệnh nhi <28 ngày tuổi nhập viện Bệnh viện Trung ương Huế được chẩn đoán tắc ruột sơ sinh và được phẫu thuật từ 4/2014 đến 10/2016. Kết quả Tỉ lệ nhóm trẻ sinh đủ tháng chiếm đa số với 76,6%, 16,7% trẻ non tháng vừa và 6,7% trẻ non tháng nhiều. Trẻ có cân nặng bình thường chiếm đa số với 83,3%. 8/30 trẻ tử vong với tỷ lệ 26,7%.
