Introduction and objective: Evaluation of results of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of renal cysts in the Department Surgery of Bach Mai Hospital from 2010-2012. Patients and methods: 92 cases have been laparoscopic unroofing of renal cysts. Research methodology: retrospective (2010-2011) and prospective study (2012). Results: rate: 35 male/ 57 female. Mean age 54 + or - 2.7. In the ages of 41-60 accounted for 57.9 percent. Location: 75 percent right, 25 percent left. The clinical signs: pain in the pit kidney 79.3 percent, 13 percent urinary disorders. Follicle size 8-10cm 50 percent. Average surgery time 30-60 minutes. Complications: bleeding, 5.4 percent, 16.6 percent perforation peritonitis. Peritoneal cavity after infection 2.1 percent.4-6 day hospital stay. Test results after 3-6 months: 93.8 percent good. Recurrence rate of 6.2 percent. Conclusion: Laparoscopic surgery cut cap kidney capsule is a safe and effective in the treatment of the renal cysts with a low rat of complications and recurrence.
