Trong thời gian từ tháng 12/2019 đến tháng 12/2021, chúng tôi đã mổ Phaco đặt thể thủy nhân tạo cho 188 bệnh nhân tại 3 Bệnh viện huyện Tràng Định, Văn Lãng, Lộc Bình tỉnh Lạng Sơn với mục đích đánh giá kết quả cải thiện thị lực, đánh giá các biến chứng của phẫu thuật và biện pháp xử lý các biến chứng. Kết quả cho thấy phần lớn các bệnh nhân sau mổ Phaco đặt thể thủy tinh nhân tạo thị lực đều tăng. Sau mổ 1 ngày 77,1% bệnh nhân có thị lực >3/10; sau mổ 1 tháng là 91,5%. Biến chứng có thể gặp trong phẫu thuật là xé bao trước không liên tục 6,4%, rách bao sau thoát dịch kính 2,6%, sau phẫu thuật là phù giác mạc, viêm giác mạc khía 4,2%. Các trường hợp này được xử lý tốt và cho kết quả khả quan.
During the period from December 2019 to December 2021, we performed Phaco surgery for 188 patients at 3 hospitals of Trang Dinh, Van Lang, and Loc Binh districts, Lang Son province with the aim of evaluate the results of improving vision, evaluate the complications of surgery and measures to handle complications. The results showed that the majority of patients after Phaco surgery with artificial lenses had increased visual acuity. 1 day after surgery, 77.1% of patients had visual acuity > 3/10; 1 month after surgery is 91.5%. Possible complications during surgery are intermittent anterior capsular tear 6.4%, posterior capsular rupture of vitreous drainage 2.6%, postoperative corneal edema, keratitis 4.2%. These cases are well handled and give positive results.
