Objectives: 1) Discribe the clinical and paraclinical characters of PCL rupture patients; 2) Evaluate the results of arthroscopic PCL reconstruction. Patients and method: retrospective study 16 PCL rupture patients in Hanoi Medical University Hospital. Measure the knee instability according to IKDC and knee function with Lyshome score. Using hamstring tendon for PCL reconstruction. Results: 100 percent patients had grade III instability of knee and bad knee function according to Lyshome score. Postoperatively, 100 percent patients improve the knee function and knee instability. Overall results according to Lyshome score is: 68.75 percent excellent and good results, 25 percent moderate and 6.25 percent bad result. Conclusion: Arthroscopic PCL reconstruction with hamstring tendon give good result, however, more patients and longer follow-up are needed.
