Hiện nay công nghệ có sự hỗ trợ của máy tính (CAD/ CAM) đem đến những lợi ích trong việc phục hồi răng cho bệnh nhân mất răng. Mô tả đặc điểm lâm sàng của bệnh nhân mất răng toàn bộ và đánh giá kết quả điều trị hàm giả tháo lắp toàn bộ hai hàm có ứng dụng kỹ thuật số tại Bệnh viện Trường Đại học Y Dược Cần Thơ năm 2022-2023. Nghiên cứu cắt ngang mô tả trên 41 bệnh nhân mất răng toàn bộ. Tuổi trung bình của bệnh nhân là 64,34±6,39, trong đó nhỏ nhất là 46 tuổi, cao nhất là 76 tuổi. Trong đó có 16 bệnh nhân nam (tỷ lệ 39,0%) và 25 bệnh nhân nữ (tỷ lệ 61,0%). Các bệnh nhân đều hài lòng với độ thẩm mỹ mang lại sau khi có phục hình tháo lắp toàn hàm hai hàm. Sự lưu giữ của hai hàm đạt 97,6% ở mức độ 3 và 2,4% ở mức độ 2, trong khi đó ở hàm dưới có tỉ lệ lần lượt là 92,7% ở mức độ 1. Sự vững ổn khi giao hàm đạt 97,6% ở hàm trên và 90,2% ở hàm dưới. hiệu quả ăn nhai, thẩm mỹ, vững ổn, sự thoải mái, sự hài lòng ở mức trên 7,9 sau hai tuần mang hàm phục hình tháo lắp toàn hàm hai hàm. Kỹ thuật thực hiện phục hình bằng kỹ thuật số mang lại mang kết quả ghi chính xác, giúp hàm vững ổn khi thực hiện chức năng, thẩm mỹ và hài lòng của bệnh nhân.
Currently, computer-aided technology (CAD/CAM) brings benefits in tooth restoration for patients with missing teeth. The objective is to describe the clinical characteristics of patients with total loss of teeth in both jaws and evaluate the results of digitally applied full-length removable prosthetic treatment at the Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital in 2022-2023. Materials and methods: A descriptive cross-sectional study on 41 patients with total tooth loss form October 2022 to May, 2023. The average age of the patients was 64.34±6.39, of which the youngest was 46 years old, the highest was 76 years old. In which, there are 16 male patients (rate 39.0%) and 25 female patients (rate 61.0%). The patients were satisfied with the aesthetics brought after having a full-mouth removable prosthesis with two jaws. The retention of the two jaws reached 97.6% at level 3 and 2.4% at level 2, while the rate of mandibular retention was 92.7% at level 1, respectively. The retention rate reached 97.6% in the upper jaw and 90.2% in the lower jaw. Chewing efficiency, aesthetics, stability, comfort, and satisfaction are above 7.9 after two weeks of wearing removable complete prosthesis. Digital prosthetics technique brings accurate recording results, helps to stabilize the jaw in functional performance, aesthetics and patient satisfaction.
