Đánh giá phương pháp định lượng Bilirubin trên máy phân tích khí máu Gem Premier 4000

Monitoring total bilirubin levels is critical for the diagnosis and treatment of neonatal jaundice or heperbilirubinemia. Recently, whole blood total bilirubin measurement has been added to current menu of assays on GEM Premier 4000. The aim of this study was to evaluate the analytical performance of total bilirubin assay on GEM Premier 4000. The linearity range of bilirubin was 8.5 to 350.4 umol/L. The short - term imprecision were lower than 25 percent total allowable error and long - term imprecision were lower than 33 percent total allowable error. Passing - Bablok analysis of the data showed good agreement between the total bilirubin measurement on GEM Premier 4000 and AU2700. The total bilirubin assay on GEM4000 can be applied to routine diagnosis and routine monitoring of neonatal jaundice treatment.
