
To provide services to customers at the Center for Reproductive Health Care to better and meet the increasing needs of customers, the author have carried out the study on "Evaluation of customer satisfaction for services at the Center for Reproductive Health Care of Khanh Hoa province" with the objective of determine customer satisfaction when receiving services. Research was conducted on 600 customers by the method described cross. Interviews with customers in the questionnqire structure and evaluation of customer satisfaction for service providers in three levels: good, not good, do not know. Results: + 85.5 percent comments rated good guide, 56 percent sign opinions, diagrams good guide, only 16.8 percent rated very good leaflets, pictures, posters and 2,3 percent rated good contact phone. + 63.3 percent customers are rated good equipment through their own experience. Only 15 percent reviews good on the form design. + 77 percent customers reviews good on medical health staff and 78.5 percent good reviews on the interpretation and counseling health situation. + There are 54.3 percent customer reviews medical costs in the Center for Reproductive Health Care of Khanh Hoa Province is right for the economy itself, less than half (43.3 percent) said more affordable than the quality of examination treatment at the Center. + 78.8 percent customers said that the clinic and treatment rooms are clean, spacious and 62 percent rated as confidential. + There are 52 percent customers for that service rich, diverse, and 43.5 percent said that services match the needs of health care itself.
