Điều tra kháng Chloroquin của P.Falciparum bằng kỹ thuật PCR tại hai tỉnh Quảng Trị và Đăk Nông năm 2008-2009

An investigation in to determining resistant of P. falciparum to chloroquin by PCR technique in Dak Nong, Quang Tri provinces from 2008 to 2009 to define chloroquin resistant situation at site. Nested PCR technique was applied to determine 76 mutation point in the PFCRT gene of Plasmodium falciparum chloroquin resistant. The result showed that chloroquin resistant of P. falciparum subdivide rate present 78.2 percent in both sites Dak Nong and Quang Tri made up 81.4 percent and 75.4 percent respectively. Chloroquin resistant P. falciparum rate in age group 5-15 (88.6 percent), over 15 years old is 76.3 percent. There is no difference in under 5 years old group.
