Ghép xương tự thân trong phẫu thuật chỉnh hình xương con

The study was to evaluate the results of tympanoplasty with ossicuoplasty using autogenous bone (incus or malleus remnant and cortical bone) graft in treatment of 52 patients with chronic otitis media at otoneurology department of the national ENT hospital from 1/2007 to 12/2009. Patients were followed for at least 12 months. The study showed that the average gain in hearing was 16,2 dB for tympanoplasty of type II and 14,6 dB for tympanoplasty of type III. From this result, ossicuoplasty using autogenous bone graft material is an effective and safe surgical method for reconstruction of the ossicular chain and for hearing restoration.
