Hiệu quả điều trị bệnh suy tĩnh mạch mạn tính chi dưới bằng phương pháp gây xơ bọt

Chronic venous insufficiency (CVI) is a common disease, cause of disability and affected on patients' quality of life. Objective of the study was to evaluate the effectiveness of foam sclerotherapy method in the treatment of CVI. The results indicated that foam sclerotherapy was effective in reducing or erasing the clinical symptoms such as pain, varicose, edema, lipodermasclerosis and improve the quality of life for the patients. It was the safe therapy and no serious complications were reported. Foam sclerotherapy was not complicated therapy and does not required hospitalization. In conclusions, foam sclerotherapy is effective and safe method in treatment of CVI.
