Nghiên cứu được tiến hành trên 117 bệnh nhân hen phế quản tại Bệnh viện Đa khoa Quốc tế Vinmec Times city năm 2023 nhằm mục tiêu: Đánh giá sự thay đổi kiến thức, thái độ thực hành về kiểm soát hen sau tư vấn giáo dục sức khỏe. Kết quả: Nghiên cứu cho thấy sau can thiệp giáo dục sức khỏe 2-4 tuần, điểm trung bình về kiến thức đối với bệnh hen tăng từ 10,67± 4,16 điểm lên 18 ± 3 điểm (p < 0,001), điểm thái độ của người bệnh trong kiểm soát hen phế quản tăng từ 15,13 ± 2,97 điểm lên 18,45±1,7 điểm (p < 0,001), điểm nhận thức của người bệnh về khả năng tự xử trí hen phế quản cũng cải thiện đáng kể từ 2,96 ± 1,59 lên 6,08 ± 0,94 (p <0,01). Kết luận: Giáo dục sức khỏe tại bệnh viện giúp người bệnh nâng cao về cả kiến thức, thái độ và thực hành liên quan đến bệnh hen phế quản.
This study was conducted on 117 asthma patients at Vinmec Times City International General Hospital in 2023 with the aim of assessing the change in knowledge, attitude, and practice of asthma control after health education intervention. Results: This study showed that after 2-4 weeks of health education intervention, the average score of knowledge about asthma increased from 10.67 ± 4.16 points to 18 ± 3 points (p < 0.001), The patient’s attitude score in controlling asthma increased from 15.13 ± 2.97 points to 18.45 ± 1.7 points (p < 0.001), the patient’s awareness score about the ability to self-manage asthma also improved significantly from 2.96 ± 1.59 to 6.08 ± 0.94 (p < 0.001). Conclusion: Health education at the hospital helps patients improve their knowledge, atttudes and practices related to bronchial asthma
