Đánh giá kết quả bước đầu điều trị hẹp động mạch cảnh bằng phương pháp đặt stent động mạch cảnh có thiết bị bảo vệ huyết khối tại bệnh viện Hữu nghị đa khoa Nghệ An. Đối tượng và Phương pháp: 32 bệnh nhân hẹp động mạch cảnh có chỉ định và được đặt stent động mạch cảnh tại Trung tâm tim mạch Bệnh viện Hữu nghị đa khoa Nghệ An từ tháng 01/2019 đến tháng 08/2021. Kết quả điều trị được đánh giá thời điểm sau thủ thuật, trong thời gian nằm viện và sau 1 tháng. Kết quả: Tổng số 32 bệnh nhân được đặt stent động mạch cảnh có thiết bị bảo vệ huyết khối. Tỷ lệ thành công của thủ thuật là 100%. Chỉ có một trường hợp (3,12%) tai biến đột quỵ ngay sau khi thủ thuật. Kết quả theo dõi ngắn hạn theo dõi ghi nhận: Tử vong (0%), nhồi máu cơ tim (0%). Kết luận: Điều trị hẹp động mạch cảnhbằng kỹ thuật đặt stent có thiết bị bảo vệ huyết khốilà phương pháp điều trị hiệu quả và an toàn cao.
Evaluation of the initial results of carotid artery stenosis treatment by carotid stenting with emboli protection device at Nghe An General Friendship Hospital.Subjects andmethods: 32 patients with carotid artery stenosis were indicated and had carotid stents placed at the Cardiovascular Center of Nghe An General Hospital from January 2019 to August 2021. Treatment results were assessed after the procedure, during the hospital stay and after 1 months. Results: A total of 32 patients received carotid stents with emboli protection devices. The success rate of the procedure is 100%. There was only one case (3.12%) of stroke right after the procedure. Short-term follow-up results recorded: death (0%), myocardial infarction (0%). Conclusion: Carotid artery stenting with emboli protection device is a highly safe and effective procedure.
