Study on status working condition in workshop of Ha Dong Textile joint-stock company. The working environment was polution hight temperature 1.6 - 3.1°C; almost positions wind speed level lower standards 1.5m/s; light in workshop not ensure standards and just to get 100-200 Lux; at many processing positions noisy level higher standards 2.1 - 3.8dBA, dusts concentration higher standards 0.020.13mg/m3. Almost women workers are good's health (classes /I and III). However, they were suffer from deaseses with hight rate as T.J.F (63.5 percent); E.N.T (25 percent), B.J (25 percent); Eye's deasese (23.1 percent); female deasese (11.9 percent). Many syonptom appear after work: 75 percent of woker felt amblyopia; 70 percent felt headache, tinnitus (60 percent), dificulty in breathing (40 percent), painded over arm and back pain (50 percent), injuries joiners and back painers (35 percent). Syonptom appear after work has infruence with working condition. From project's result's reserchers gave mearsures to improving working condition and looking for women worker's health in workshop of Ha Dong Textile Joint-stock company.
