Đánh giá kết quả phục hồi chức năng sớm ở người bệnh sau mổ kết hợp xương gãy mâm chày Schatzker III, IV. Đối tượng: Chúng tôi tiến hành đánh giá trên 32 người bệnh gãy mâm chày Schatzker III, IV được khám và điều trị mổ kết hợp xương tại Bệnh viện Hữu Nghị Việt Đức từ tháng 08/2023 đến tháng 06/2024. Phương pháp: Nghiên cứu can thiệp không đối chứng, người bệnh trong nhóm nghiên cứu được thăm khám và lượng giá sau phẫu thuật, sau đó được giải thích và tham gia vào chương trình phục hồi chức năng sớm tại viện dưới sự hướng dẫn và giám sát của bác sĩ và kỹ thuật viên, đảm bảo được khả năng theo sát chương trình tập luyện. Kết quả: Mức độ đau, tầm vận động gấp – duỗi gối được cải thiện rõ rệt trong quá trình tập PHCN sau phẫu thuật, kết quả đều có ý nghĩa thống kê về mức độ giảm đau tại thời điểm nghiên cứu sau so với thời điểm trước đó với p<0.01. Điểm Lysholm sau can thiệp PHCN có sự cải thiện đáng kể sau can thiệp ngay tại thời điểm ra viện với p<0.05. Kết luận: Can thiệp phục hồi chức năng cho bệnh nhân ngay sau phẫu thuật kết hợp xương gãy mâm chày Schatzker III, IV giúp cải thiện mức độ đau, tầm vận động và cải thiện chức năng khớp gối.
To evaluate early rehabilitation outcomes in patients following surgery for Schatzker III, IV tibial plateau fractures. Subjects: We assessed 32 patients with Schatzker III, IV fractures who underwent combined fracture fixation surgery at Viet Duc Hospital from August 2023 to June 2024. Method: This non-controlled intervention study involved postoperative assessment and explanation followed by participation in an early functional recovery program at the hospital. The program was supervised by physicians and technicians to ensure adherence to the rehabilitation regimen. Results: Pain levels and range of motion (ROM) significantly improved during the rehabilitation process following surgery, with statistically significant reductions in pain observed at the study's endpoint compared to baseline (p<0.01). Lysholm scores showed significant improvement immediately upon discharge post-surgery (p<0.05). Conclusion: The early functional recovery intervention for patients immediately after surgery for Schatzker III, IV tibial plateau fractures helped improve pain levels, range of motion, and knee joint function.
