Forty two patients had anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction using Hamstring tendon graft with the Button in the femoral tunnel in No.103 hospital. The outcomes post-op 13 months review, overall Lysholm evaluation: 94.8 points. 36/38 patients (94.7 percent) were excellent and good. 37/38 patients (97.3 percent) had the R.O.M of the knee were normal. The fixation of the graft in the femoral tunnel with button is stable. The patients soon have the rehabilitation of the knee and they come back soon daily work.
