Mô tả thực trạng tuân thủ quy trình vệ sinh tay ngoại khoa của nhân viên y tế tại khoa Gây mê hồi sức, Bệnh viện thành phố Thủ Đức năm 2023. Phương pháp: Thiết kế nghiên cứu cắt ngang mô tả, thực hiện quan sát gián tiếp 258 lượt vệ sinh tay ngoại khoa qua 4 camera giám sát của Bệnh viện tại Phòng Hành chính quản trị. Kết quả: Tỷ lệ tuân thủ đủ các bước trong quy trình vệ sinh tay ngoại khoa là 84,1%, tuân thủ đủ thời gian vệ sinh ngoại khoa là 67,1% và tuân thủ đúng kỹ thuật vệ sinh tay ngoại khoa là 50,4%. Tuân thủ quy trình vệ sinh tay ngoại khoa chung là 38,0%. Khả năng tỷ lệ tuân thủ chung nhóm loại 1, đặc biệt (26,3%) cao hơn ở nhóm loại 2 trở xuống (53,1%), với OR là 2,49 (p<0,05).Kết luận: Cần tăng cường tập huấn và công tác giám sát tuân thủ vệ sinh tay tại Bệnh viện nói chung.
Describe the current status of compliance with surgical hand hygiene procedures of medical staff at the Department of Anesthesia and Intensive Care, Thu Duc City Hospital in 2023. Methods: Descriptive cross-sectional study design, indirect observation of 258 surgical hand hygiene sessions through 4 hospital surveillance cameras in the Administration Department. Results: The rate of compliance with all steps in the surgical hand hygiene process was 84.1%, compliance with the surgical cleaning time was 67.1%, and compliance with the correct surgical hand hygiene technique was 67.1%. 50.4%. Compliance with general surgical hand hygiene was 38.0%. The likelihood that the overall compliance rate in the type 1 surgery group, especially (26.3%), is higher than in the type 2 surgery group or less (53.1%) with an OR of 2.49 (p<0.05). Conclusion: It is necessary to strengthen training and supervision of hand hygiene compliance at hospitals in general.
