Đánh giá kết quả sớm điều trị sỏi đường mật chính bằng phẫu thuật nội soi (PTNS) kết hợp với nội soi đường mật trong mổ ở bệnh nhân cao tuổi. Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu tiến cứu, can thiệp lâm sàng trên 72 bệnh nhân cao tuổi sỏi đường mật chính điều trị bằng phẫu thuật nội soi kết hợp nội soi đường mật trong mổ từ 05/2016 đến 11/2020 tại Bệnh viện Đa khoa Thành Phố Cần Thơ. Kết quả: Tuổi trung bình là 73,13 + 9,34 tuổi. Tỷ lệ phẫu thuật nội soi thành công 97,22% (70 BN). Tỷ lệ lấy sạch sỏi là 90,14%. Tỷ lệ biến chứng sau phẫu thuật là 8,45%. Kết luận: Phẫu thuật nội soi kết hợp nội soi đường mật trong mổ điều trị sỏi đường mật chính ở bệnh nhân cao tuổi là phương pháp an toàn và hiệu quả với tỷ lệ thành công và sạch sỏi cao, tỷ lệ biến chứng sau phẫu thuật thấp.
To evaluate the early results of the treatment of choledocholithiasis by laparoscopic surgery combined with intra-operative choledochoscopy in elderly patients. Materials and Methods: A prospective, clinical interventional study on 72 patients with choledocholithiasis treated by laparoscopic surgery combined with intra-operative choledochoscopy from May 2016 to November 2020 at Can Tho General Hospital. Results: The mean age was 73,13 + 9,34 years. The successful rate of laparoscopic surgery was 97,22%. The rate of stone clearance was 90,14%. The rate of postoperative complications was 8,45%. Conclusion: Laparoscopic surgery combined with intra-operative choledochoscopy for treatment of choledocholithiasis in elderly patients is a safe and effective method with high rate of success and stone clearance, low rate of postoperative complications.
