Đánh giá kết quả tạo hình vú tức thì bằng túi độn trong điều trị ung thư vú giai đoạn sớm. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Mô tả hồi cứu trên 60 bệnh nhân ung thư vú được phẫu thuật cắt tuyến vú tiết kiệm da hoặc bảo tồn núm kết hợp đặt túi từ tháng 1/2015 – tháng 12/2021 tại khoa Ngoại Vú bệnh viện K. Kết quả: Tỷ lệ biến chứng sau mổ thấp. Điểm thẩm mỹ ở mức đẹp và tốt ngay sau mổ, sau mổ 1 tháng, 1 năm, 2 năm, 4 năm lần lượt là 91,8%; 89,7%; 82,2%,76,6% và 73,5%. Điểm thẩm mỹ sau mổ giảm theo thời gian. Nhóm xạ trị bổ trợ có điểm thẩm mỹ thấp hơn nhóm không xạ trị (p<0,05). Hóa chất không ảnh hưởng đến kết quả thẩm mỹ của phẫu thuật. Kết luận: Tái tạo tuyến vú một thì bằng túi độn cho kết quả thẩm mỹ tốt, an toàn, có sự suy giảm tính thẩm mỹ theo thời gian và nhóm điều trị xạ trị bổ trợ.
To evaluate results of breast reconstruction with implant in treatment of early- stage breast cancer. Subject and method: Retrospective description study in 60 breast cancer patients who underwent SSM or NSM and reconstruction with implants at K Hospital from January 2015 to December 2021. Result: The rate of postoperative complication was low. Aesthetic score were at the excellent and good level at 1 month, 1 year, and 2 years after surgery was 82,4%; 76,5%; 70,5%, respectively. The patients who treated with adjuvant radiotherapy had lower aesthetic score than the patients group without radiotherapy. Adjuvant chemotherapy does not affect to aesthetic result. Conclusion: Immediate breast reconstruction with implant had good aesthetic results, with aesthetic deterioration over time and in the group of patients treated with adjuvant radiotherapy.
